  • How do I start a course?
    • The course offer self-directed learning. You can start it at any time.
  • How long will it take to complete the course?
    • Each module will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours. And you can use the course as many times as you like.
  • Do I need experience to take the course?
    • No. The course is very comprehensive and it is easy to build your understanding in the area.
  • What do I do if I do not understand the content?
    • So far no one has reported that the content is difficult to understand. The course is designed to support you to build knowledge in a very interactive, contextualised and reflective manner. Your learning experience should hopefully enjoyable.
  • Why is the course asking me to trust this content to connect to the Internet?
    • Depending on which web browser you use to access this course, you might come across the following message "Do you trust this content to connect to the Internet?" which might appear if, for example, you click on exit to close a module window or ask to open the Module 1 activities Word document. It is ok to say yes to this question as this is due to your web browser settings and you will not be connected to the Internet in these cases.
