Delusions and Neologism
A number of psychotic phenomena are apparent. The patient holds persecutory delusions about the FBI, and closely linked to that are his delusions of reference about being watched & talked about. He holds a delusion of implantation and uses this to explain his delusion of control of thought, which is also sometimes called “passivity of thought”. Notice that he uses a non-existent word (“pensement”) – this is a neologism.
