Panic Attack
The patient describes multiple somatic symptoms which are typical of severe anxiety. She appears agitated and her voice is strained. It’s quite common for patients to fear that something awful is about to happen to them, and this fear drives a vicious circle of even more florid symptoms of anxiety.
