As you have learnt in Unit 1, MUAC is the circumference of the left upper arm, measured at the mid-point between the tip of the shoulder and the tip of the elbow (olecranon and acromium processes). Remember that you should always measure MUAC on the left arm. As with the other measurements, at least two people should work together to get accurate results.
