Glossary (T - V)Tag – A word used to describe what you are bookmarking or posting. Tags function like keywords and allow you to search for things.

Trolling - Posting with the intention of annoying someone or disrupting a discussion.

Tweet – The act of posting a message, often called a "Tweet", on Twitter.

User Generated Content (UGC) - An industry term that refers to all forms of user-created materials such as blog posts, reviews, podcasts, videos, comments and more

Uniform Resource Locator (URL) - An address that specifies the location of a file on the Internet.

URL Shortener - A utility which allows you to shorten a long URL making easier to share on social media.

Virus – A dangerous computer program with the characteristic feature of being able to generate copies of itself, and thereby spread.
