Glossary (Q - S)Retweet (RT) - A Tweet by another user, forwarded to you by someone you follow. Often used to spread news or share valuable findings on Twitter.

Screencast - a video capturing what takes place on a computer screen, usually accompanied by audio narration.

Shouting
- Typing communication (like emails) in capitals.

Social bookmarking
- a method by which users locate, store, organize, share and manage bookmarks of Web pages without being tied to a particular machine.

Spamming
- The abuse of email to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages.

Spoofing
- Pretending to be someone else. The deliberate inducement of a user or a resource to take an incorrect action.

Spyware (Spying Software)
- Software that is installed on a computer without the user's knowledge and transmits information about the user's computer activities over the Internet.

Streaming
- The transmission of digital audio or video, or the listening and viewing of such data without first storing it.
